The app needs to catch up with the features of the main site - allow you to edit subscriptions etc. The other bone is that you have to tap on a comic listing before you can see if it's on your pull list or not. Since that takes time it would be much better if you could a) tell that it was pulled from the list view, and b) pull/unpull directly from there as well. It would be nice to store your comic shop store's email address and let you have a one button 'send to shop' feature - and send a plain list rather than the style of the one that comes to my email each week. Comixology has helped me get back into comics again. Keeps track of what's coming out every week for me. Wish it showed more than one week in the future. Three weeks would be good. Full of content with podcasts and articles. (translate)

Works great. Just like the comixology.com version. Really easy to put together your weekly pull list.One problem though... it would be really nice if your pull list info was downloaded to your ipod. I've got an ipod touch and unless my comic store has wifi, I'm out of luck and might as well go back to printing it out from the website. (translate)

What a nice idea. I can check my pull list on the iPhone and am able to see what the next wednesday is bringing.The only issue I have is that it could gaze a bit more into the future. The books from the recent previews catalogue are not available yet. So I send my comic book store my pull list first and then have to add them at comixology much later. (translate)

Great little app, especially when you get your comics weekly. The pull list feature is great and would help me immensely when collecting my comics; unfortunately it only shows current, previous and next week. I get my comics every month or two, so having a pull list that went back further would make this 5 stars for me. I assumed this was the case as it is possible on the website, so why not this app (unless I'm missing something)? Based on this limitation I can only give it 3 stars.Update: I posted some feedback through the app, and received an immediate reply (apparently, it's something they are working on). Based on this and the fact that they cared enough to send a reply, I've decided to raise the review with 1 star. (translate)

Not bad but, despite what they say, does seem to need an internet connection. I happily created my pull list at home, went to my local comic shop launched the app and then waited for minutes as it 'logged me in' and then 'downloaded data'. If they can get this sorted and add a much needed search feature then it will be great.Not sure how it functions long term as I haven't had it long enough - it only displays 3 weeks worth of comics and pull lists at a time - will the items in my pull list disappear after 3 weeks? I have to say, it sure took Comixology an insane amount of time to update this app, just give us the same horrid interface and still only 3 weeks worth of Pull List views, when I can see so much more if I just open Safari and go to the website. Ok, I know that after the iOS4 update, we keep getting that silly ninja hampster error. Actually, the app is working and adding comics to your pull list, but you have to exit out and re-enter the app to see it. I'm sure it's being addressed. Still, the functionality to see my pull list and expected weekly cost in a single screen is worth the extra but of effort, though I find it hard to call tapping a screen effort. (translate)

Since the second week of June I couldn't log in to the site from the app, now I can login but can't use the primary function of the app (update my pull list). The older versions used to allow for filtering on which comic publishers you want to see. I can't seem to do that now. Since I only read Marvel, this is a huge annoyance. I'll have to use the website to pull and then the app to see at the comic store what I pulled. They also need to add seeing your pull list more than 1 week in advance. The website let's us do this; why not the app? (translate)

...along came ComiXology! What a chump I've been for not discovering the great pull list feature on the website sooner, and now I can do it right on my phone. It's an excellent and fun tool to use, and a perfect compliment to the site. My LCS owner also says soon I'll be able to have my list show up in real time on his system. Perfect! Because my comic retailer is not currently using the retail capabilities of Comixology (though I would like them to someday), I use it to keep track of not only what is in my pull list, but comics I want to check out, but do not want to add to my pull list. This has been great for discovering new comics both from the standpoint of the available previews and the ability to mark issues. I then bring up the list at my shop to check out. I also like the fact that it gives me an idea of what I will be paying each week. I also like quick and easy access to the podcasts and news. I have not yet needed the new shop locator, but look forward to trying it in the future. (translate)

I recently picked up the Comics app and was so impressed I decided to buy this one as well. Because I live in a small apartment I can't buy all the comics I want, but this app is like TV Guide for comics, I can get a sneak peek into the comics I'm missing out on via the descriptions and preview images that come with it. What would be cool is if you could read the previews using the same mechanics that are in the Comics app, or if there was a way to tag comics for future download in the Comics app. These apps are making me want to start buying comics again... evil!
